• A: Serverminds has been in business over 2 years, rents and owns its infrastructure (cabinets, switches, routers, bandwidth, and the server hardware), and has long-term contractual commitments in both data center locations we have a presence. We are not a reseller and will deal directly with any hardware failures – hard drives, memory, and general system issues.
• Q: Can I try the service out – that is, pay monthly initially – before deciding to commit to the 12-month pre-payment and get the same discount?
• A: Yes, no problem. You can switch your billing cycle to annual – with the discount – at a later time.
• Q: Can I resell the servers?
